Please go straight down with the elevated under.
Walk about 100m and you will see Totsuka Dai 2 Elementary School on your right.

When you exit the 7 exit of the Tozai Line, take the exit back and walk to Waseda Avenue to the right.
After walking about 30m, there is a bus stop in front of the Shinjuku ward social welfare council.
