According to Yufu City Tourism Movement Survey in Heisei 30, the number of foreign tourists in Yufu City is 891,676 (total of day trips and foreigners staying overnight), which is 29 times that of 474,639 in Heisei 1.8 More than that. Under these circumstances, accommodation facilities are considering hiring foreigners to deal with foreign tourists and secure working human resources, and employers are required to know the legal system and visa related to foreign employment.
