Those receiving treatment (patients)

Activities that have been staying in Japan for a considerable period of time, are hospitalized or hospitalized in clinics and receive medical treatment on diseases or injuries, and activities to receive medical treatment on the diseases or injuries continuously before and after the hospitalization

Accompanying person

Activities to take care of daily living of persons residing by designating the activities listed above (excluding activities that operate income-generating businesses or activities that receive remuneration)

Application flow
