- Step 2 Interview
We will ask you to come to our office and have an interview with the applicant or his/her agent.
First consultation is free.

After the interview, we will make an estimate according to the request. - Step 3 Contract
If there is no problem in the details of the request and the quotation, it will be a contract.
- Step 4 Guidance and storage of required documents
After signing the contract, we will explain the necessary documents.Required documents differ depending on the content of the application.
We will conduct hearings when preparing documents. In order to advise according to the actual circumstances of the customer, please also open mind and teach the worrying things.
We will take responsibility for the documents you have created, so please feel free to leave them to us. - Step 5 Application preparation and confirmation
After submitting the required documents, we will prepare the application documents.
After the documents are completed, we will check them and if there are no problems, we will apply.

After confirming payment, an administrative scrivener will apply.There is no need for the applicant or his/her representative to visit the Immigration Bureau..
The review period varies depending on the content of the application, but it is approximately 1 to 4 months after application. - Step 7 Get permission
After applying, we will notify you.After receiving a new residence card at the Immigration Bureau, we will hand it directly to the applicant.
