How foreigners who are applying for refugee visas could convert to marriage visas

難民申請中のビザから結婚ビザへ変更するためには、まず正式に結婚をする必要があります。
In order to change your visa status from a refugee visa to a marriage visa, you must first be officially married.

結婚の手続きについては日本の手続きではないため、私たちはわからないのでご自身の国の大使館等にお問合せください。
We do not know about marriage procedures as they are not carried out in Japan, so please contact the embassy of your own country.

正式に結婚しないとビザの申請はできません。
You will not be able to apply for a visa until you are officially married.

結婚ビザは概ね５種類です。
There are generally five types of marriage visa.

・日本人の配偶者等（Spouse or Child of Japanese National）
・永住者の配偶者等（Spouse or Child of Permanent Resident）
・家族滞在（Dependent）
・特定活動（Designated Activities）
・定住者（Long Term Resident）

あなたがどのビザになるかは結婚相手が今所持しているビザによって決まるので、あなたは選べません。
You cannot choose which type of visa you would get,as it depends on the visa your marriage partner currently holds.

また、結婚相手も難民申請中だと、結婚ビザに変更できません。
It is also not possible to change your visa status to a marriage visa if your marriage partner is also applying for a refugee visa.

ビザを変更したいなら難民ではない人と結婚してください。
If you want to change your visa, marry someone who is not a refugee.

難民申請中の状況から変わるためにもちゃんと結婚手続きをしましょう。
In order to change your situation during your refugee application, you should get married properly.
