難民申請中の外国人が就労ビザへ変更するためにはまず就職先を決めなければなりません。
In order for foreigners who are applying for refugee status to convert to working visa, Firstly he or she must first find a job.

私たちは仕事の紹介はしていませんのでご自身で仕事を探してもらいます。
We do not have job offers, so you have to find a job, by yourself.

そして仕事は何でも良いわけではありません。仕事の内容によって取得できるビザの種類は異なります。
And it doesn’t mean any job is fine. There are different types of visas available according to the job you do.

また、あなたの経歴や保有資格によって申請できるビザの種類は異なります。
The types of visa you can apply for will also depend on your background and qualifications you have.

仕事が見つからない人や、仕事は見つかったけど自分がビザの要件を満たしていない人は、変更はできません。
If you cannot find a job, or if you have found a job but do not meet the requirements for your visa, you could not convert to working visa.

ここで紹介するのは以下の３つのビザです。
Here are three types of visas as below.

１．特定技能（Specific skills）
２．技術・人文知識・国際業務（Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services）
３．特定活動４６号（Specific activity No.46）

【申請できるビザの種類】（Types of visas you can apply for）

● 学歴が無い方（No academic background）
１．特定技能（Specific skills）

・JLPT N４以上 or JFT A2以上
　You need to get at least N4 for JLPT or A2 for JFT-Basic.
＋
・分野毎の技能評価試験に合格が必要
　You must pass a proficiency assessment test in each field

● 大学を卒業して学士以上の学位若しくは日本の専門学校で専門士を持っている方
University graduates with a bachelor’s degree or higher academic background, or those who studied in vocational schools with a professional degree

● 日本の大学を卒業して学位を所持（Have a degree from a Japanese university）
　＋日本語検定1級所持（Possess Level 1 certification of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test）

特定技能ビザでは以下14種類の仕事ができます。

自然科学や人文科学分野の専門技術職、もしくは母国の思考・感受性を活かした国際業務
Professional and technical work in the natural sciences and humanities field, or international work and service that utilizes the ideas and sensibilities of your own country

例：エンジニア、プログラマー、CADオペレーター、経理、法務、営業、マーケティング、商品企画、マネジメント、通訳・翻訳、貿易事務、デザイナー、語学講師等
e.g. engineers, programmers, CAD operators, accounting, legal affairs, sales, marketing, product planning, management, interpretation and translation, trading, designing, language teachers, etc.

● 特定活動４６号（Specific activity No.46）
日本語を用いた円滑な意思疎通を要する業務ができます。
Those who are able to work  that require smooth communication in Japanese.

▼以下仕事内容例（Here are some examples of jobs）

・（ビルクリーニング）現場のアルバイトスタッフに指導教育・管理をしつつも、自身も清掃業務を行う
（Building cleaning）Supervise, train and take charge of the part-time staff, while carrying out cleaning tasks himself

・（飲食店）現場のスタッフの指導教育やシフト管理をしながら現業に従事する
（Restaurants）Working in the field, at the same time supervising and training other staff and managing their shifts.

・（工場）設計業務を行いながら、フライス盤の操作をし加工作業を行う
（Factory）Operating the milling machines to proceed machining operations, at the same time carrying out design work.

・（ホテル）翻訳通訳に加えて、ベルスタッフやドアマン、客室の掃除などの業務も行う
（Hotel）In addition to translation and interpretation work, also carrying out bell staff, doormen and room cleanering work

・（食品工場）日本人従業員からの指示を外国籍スタッフに通訳しつつ、自身も製造ラインに入って作業を行う
（Food factory）Interprets instructions from Japanese employees to foreign staff, while working on the production line himself

【特定技能で必要な試験情報】（Information of the tests required for specific skills）

特定技能は上で記載したとおり、日本語試験と、仕事の内容に応じた技能評価試験に合格しなくてはなりません。
As mentioned above, for specific skills, you must pass Japanese language tests and also skills assessment test according to your jobs.

日本語試験は、JLPTであればN4以上、JFT- BasicならA2以上に合格が必要です。
In terms of Japanese language tests, you need to get at least N4 for JLPT or A2 for JFT-Basic.

JLPTは年に2回しかやっていませんが、JFT- Basicなら毎日のように試験をやっていますし、JLPTより問題が若干簡単なのでお勧めです。
JLPT is only held twice a year, whereas the JFT-Basic is held every day and the questions are slightly easier than JLPT so JFT-Basic is recommended.
